The product application environment is high temperature and pressure conditions, relatively poor service environment, which requires organization which has good high temperature stability, anti-lasting performance, high temperature resistance, but also has good thermal processing, cold working, welding, bending other processing performance. By targeting the high-end market, in order to meet the thermal power industry for heat-resistant stainless steel seamless pipe for high pressure boiler needs to heat-resistant stainless steel, based on research and development TP347H resistant stainless steel high-pressure boiler seamless steel tube round. 

 

TP347H trial chemical composition (mass fraction,%): 0.04 ~ 0.1C, ≤ 2.0Mn, ≤ 0.75Si, ≤ 0.03P, ≤ 0.01S, 9.0 ~ 12.0Ni, 17.0 ~ 19.0Cr, 8 × w (C) ~ 1.0% w (Nb). Production process is as follows: Ingredients → EAF EAF refining → AOD refining furnace early molded → → → heating → finishing hot-rolling or external appointment rolling (forging) → straightening → finishing → Inspection → Packing → storage. 

 

 

Using optimized internal composition, by the beginning of refining furnace, AOD refining, molded into ingots, Φ550mm enhanced early blooming mill, hot-rolling production process developed a TP347H tube round. Accordance with the relevant standard test, tube of low magnification, non-metallic inclusions, α phase content and grain size and other integrated control has reached advanced domestic level.
